APPLICATIONS
All clients of Wagtime must read and sign an application and standard release form. All new canine applicants are required to be socially evaluated before being admitted into the daycare and/or boarding areas.
HEALTH
All dogs must be in good health and free of any communicable diseases. All owners must provide veterinarian documentation regarding current vaccination history for Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella. If your dog has been ill or has had surgery within the past

or any other potentially dangerous or contagious symptoms.
If you’re pet becomes ill while staying at Wagtime, the owner will be contacted and the dog will be separated from the other dogs in a
comfortable room until the owner can come to retrieve him.
FLEAS AND TICKS
For the benefit of your dog as well as others, we highly recommend that you use preventative measures against flea and tick infestation. If fleas are found
upon entry, your dog will be treated at the discretion of WagTime and will be charged accordingly. (Yes, Fleas and ticks can be found in the city!)
